Kooroo is operated by Britt Givens, doing business as Axle Operations Systems, a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada (BC registration no. FM1098996). In these terms, “we,” “us,” “our,” and “the operator” refer to that party. By using Kooroo you agree to these terms with the operator.

The short version

Kooroo is a free tool that suggests which credit card from your own wallet to use for a given purchase. It is not financial advice, it can be wrong, and you are responsible for your own purchasing and credit decisions.

The service

"Kooroo" refers to the browser extension and the backend API at this domain that powers it. You agree to use the service as-is, in accordance with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Not financial advice

Recommendations are generated by a language model based on the card data and page context provided. They are heuristic, may be inaccurate, may not reflect current promotions, caps, or category definitions, and must not be relied on as financial advice. We make no guarantee that following a recommendation will maximize your rewards.

You are solely responsible for verifying reward terms with your card issuer and for any purchase you make.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the API.
• Do not use Kooroo to violate the law or any third party's rights.
• Do not resell or rebrand Kooroo without written permission.

Affiliate disclosure

Kooroo may include affiliate links to credit card application pages. If you apply for a card through such a link and are approved, we may earn a commission. This does not influence the recommendations the model produces — the recommendation logic operates only on the cards you have added and the page context.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature at any time without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE OPERATOR OF KOOROO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Trademarks

All credit card names, logos, and program names mentioned in Kooroo are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the cards you own. Kooroo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card issuer or network.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Kooroowill be brought in the courts of British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
